We are located just 1/2 mile off Interstate
75 at the Athens exit 52, halfway between Chattanooga and Knoxville in the beautiful
state of Tennessee.
We are open year round with 16 sites
available for monthly, weekly or nightly
rentals.
We honor Good Sam cards and offer 10%
discount to our nightly customers with a 
valid membership card.
We are located just 15 miles from the TVA power plant and are close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping in Athens.

Improvements have been made! Motorhomes now have more turning room at the end of the park, great for those of you that
are towing.
Our pull through sites are 30 x 60 ft long, the
back in sites are 30 x 45 ft long, all sites are
level sites with full hookup that consists of
water, sewer and electric with all sites having
50/30/20 amps.
We have available to our guests in our laundry room a power incline tread mill, crosstrainer
bike, a gravity inversion table, message chair and WI-FI Internet connection all available from
9 till 9. Also a public golf course just 2 miles up the road.
